Frequently Asked Questions

The camera step shows a black screen

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and make sure PhoneCheck Pro has permission. The permission is required only during the camera check.

Microphone check shows no audio

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable access for PhoneCheck Pro. Make sure your device is not in silent mode.

Bluetooth status shows "Unknown"

Enable Bluetooth in Control Center or Settings, then retry the connectivity check.

Can I delete my inspection history?

Yes — open the History tab, swipe left on any entry to delete it, or use the Edit button to remove all records.

Does the app work on iPad?

PhoneCheck Pro is designed for iPhone. It may run on iPad but the layout is optimized for phone screens.
